The Birth of “eNeRgY”

Published by onequartlow at 3:20 am under Introductions Edit This

skyline-tuner.jpgHello world!  Today I start another blog.  Like a lot of words, “energy” is Greek in it’s origins.  You’ll soon see the difference between energy  (bad or misguided) and eNeRgY (good).   With the backdrop of the American economy and the whole “green” movement looming all around us, what better word cuts to the heart of what so many people, companies, governments and organizations of all walks life talk about and live for today?  As such, the topic content of my eNeRgY blog will be as varied and encompassing as the very term itself.  I signed up at Today because I had really cut down my personal blogging and had focused primarily on my business blog and felt like getting back to some of the more academic sides of the sport of blogging.  As a sports enthusiast I signed up here with the idea that energy would focus on the youth movement in various sports around the world.  I envisioned draft day being every day and dedicating a blog to following those little known, up and comers who bore the passion and eNeRgY to become stars but simply hadn’t been discovered yet, or at least were little known.  Obviously, I will talk about that eNeRgY, but I’ve already decided not to limit myself to athletes and sports alone, eNeRgY is all encompassing.  From the light-switch to the gas station to the wind farms dotting the American landscape, eNeRgY is life and life is eNeRgY.  In essence, eNeRgY will be a blog about life and the driving forces that bring us change and propel us to new levels of consciousness.  I hope you enjoy the ride.  I look forward to it.
